We are assembling a research team to build the blueprint for small language model design — efficient, collaborative and nature-inspired AI systems that power our work across education, finance and government.

We value intellectual honesty, deep technical work, reproducibility and long-term research thinking. The team may work remotely during the initial stage; future roles may require relocation to Ahmedabad.
